We want your spiritual treasures to reach you quickly, safely, and with care. Below is everything you need to know about how we deliver your orders.

Shipping Within the UAE

Free Delivery on all UAE orders above AED 200.
Standard delivery time: 1–2 business days from your order date.
Delivery hours: Monday to Saturday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during this time frame.
If you need to change the delivery address after dispatch, it may take an extra 1–2 days.
We’ll do our best to meet specific delivery time requests, but exact timing cannot be guaranteed as our drivers handle multiple orders.

2–5 business days for delivery.

Tracking details (Airway Bill number) will be emailed or sent via SMS after dispatch.

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may happen due to circumstances beyond our control.
If delivery exceeds 5 business days within UAE you may request a refund.
No refunds will be issued for delays caused by incorrect address/contact details or customer unavailability.
If delivery fails after 3 attempts and the order is returned to us, a AED 20 re-delivery fee will apply.
