Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns

Return Window: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Goods must be new, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories attached.
Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, custom designed/made items, and gift cards are non-returnable unless flawed or inaccurate.

Defective or Wrong Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund (subject to inspection).

What is Considered a Defect

We consider the following as valid defects for return or replacement:

Broken components (e.g., elastic bands, clasps, chains) upon receipt.
Visible cracks, dents, or damage that affects product use.
Incorrect product or size compared to what was ordered.

Not Considered a Defect:

Natural variations in gemstones, crystals, wood, or handmade craftsmanship.
Minor inclusions, color differences, or surface marks inherent to natural materials.
Fit issues if the product matches the size description provided at purchase.

Return Process

Contact us via info@spiritualsootsayer.com within 7 days.
Once approved, we’ll share the return address and instructions.
Ship items back with a secure, trackable courier. We are not responsible for lost items in transit.
All returns are subject to inspection before approval of refund or replacement.

Refunds & Replacements

Refund Method:
- Online payment: Refunded to original method within 7–10 business days (bank times may vary).
- Cash on Delivery: Refunded as store credit valid for 12 months.
Replacements:
- Free for incorrect or defective items.
- For size exchanges or other reasons, a service fee may apply plus any price difference.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error.

Additional Notes

Cancellations aren’t accepted after an order is processed and dispatched.
Address errors or customer unavailability may incur AED 20 re-delivery charge.
Orders returned or undelivered due to customer info errors may not qualify for refund or replacement.
Handmade imperfections and natural variations are part of the charm—these aren’t defects.
